Felicitas Fischer has been a team member at NADEL since 2020. She is coordinating the Advanced Course on Natural Resource Governance and Energy Transition in collaboration with the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI) and manages the implementation of the Resource Impact Dashboard (RID), a policy tool to measure local development impacts of the extractive sector to enhance evidence-based policy-making and dialogue between mining companies and communities. She is also the study coordinator for the MAS Global Cooperation and Sustainable Development. Felicitas previously worked for the Swiss Development Agency as well as for NGOs in Peru and Colombia, where she dealt with land conflicts in connection to natural resource projects. Felicitas holds an MSc in Political Economy of Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University of London. Her interests include the connection between natural resource governance, conflict and state building processes.
