(Mis)information and International Cooperation Projects

Course objective:
This class explores the evolving information landscape in which international cooperation projects take place, analysis factors, including generative AI, and actors involved in the production and spread of information, mis-information, and dis-information in various contexts. Real-life examples from various organizations and from participants’ own experiences provide opportunities to engage with the informational challenges for international cooperation actors. Finally, participants learn about tools and acquire skills that will help them and their projects to deal with mis- and dis-information.
