Result-based project management

The Project Cycle Management interactive platform (PCMi) offers six e-​learning modules for development professionals to improve their results-based project and programme management competencies.

PCMi was developed by NADEL in partnership with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The concepts, methods and instruments outlined in PCMi are widely used by international development organizations and hence can be adapted to various contexts.
