2nd study semester
During the second study semester of the MAS ETH in Global Cooperation and Sustainable Development, students build on the practical knowledge gained during their on-the-job training and further develop their expertise in international development studies. This semester emphasizes both advanced theoretical understanding and applied learning.
Students expand their project management abilities and strengthen their international skills, enabling them to work effectively across cultures, disciplines, and sectors. They also deepen their knowledge in selected areas of global sustainable development, preparing them for leadership roles in international cooperation and development.
MAS students take six intensive block courses (full- or part-time) alongside experienced development experts from the CAS ETH in Global Cooperation and Sustainable Development programme. This unique setup offers ample opportunities for professional networking and peer-to-peer learning with practitioners from diverse backgrounds.
