Shruti Patel

Shruti Patel joined NADEL as a senior lecturer in March 2021. Before joining NADEL she consulted for DFID (now FCDO), the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. She also worked as a policy Advisor for the Government of Lesotho during her tenure as research associate at SOAS. Immediately prior to joining NADEL, she worked at Biovision in projects that focused on sustainable agriculture, training and knowledge transfer. Shruti has a background in Agricultural Economics and Development Studies from Nottingham University, and the University of Cambridge.
