Course objective: 
This course introduces participants to new perspectives and tools for leading change. It incorporates established models and frameworks to build a human-centric understanding of how change happens, both at an individual and organizational level. Additionally, it equips participants with concrete tools to start engaging others in change processes.
Through reflection on their own values, beliefs, and strengths, participants are encouraged to craft their own approach to leadership. They acquire skills to authentically navigate uncertainty and resistance in times of change, and practice using some foundational techniques for fostering collaborative dialogue and creating supportive environments for change.
