Zurich is not the only place for innovative companies. Startups are also starting to thrive in Lima, Ho Chi Minh City or Pristina, says Teresa Widmer, global manager of Swisscontact's Swiss Entrepreneurship Program. The program helps to develop startup networks in seven countries, thus contributing to the creation of future-oriented jobs.

In an interview with Fritz Brugger, the business administration graduate talks about the challenges startups face worldwide, the characteristics of an entrepreneur, and the meaning of the credo "if you fail, fail fast".
