Film Screening & Panel Discussion: "In Our Hands: Seeding Change"

The story of a new kind of farm, a new kind of food and a new kind of society. Wednesday, November 21, 17:15, ETH Zurich, LEE building, E 101, Leonhardstrasse 2. Together with the World Food System Center.

«What does it mean to have a food system that is good to the planet? What does it mean to have a food system that is fair to producers? What does it mean to have a food system which actually nourishes us with fair and nutritious food?» These questions – and many more - are addressed in the documentary In Our Hands: Seeding Change (2017). The film follows a group of farmers and food producers in the United Kingdom over one year (2016), to observe their stories of success and the challenges they have faced. In Our Hands portrays a movement of farmers and food workers who aims to create vibrant farms, living soils, thriving food markets and a fairer food system for all.
